We want you to love your Peacock Alley linens, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unwashed condition. Please note that custom monograms and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
